• Assignment Description
• We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Growth Engineer
• What You Will Work On
• Design, develop, and launch landing pages and web experiences using Next.js and React
• Build and optimize onboarding flows and first-user product experiences
• Improve acquisition funnels, conversion flows, and activation journeys

Work with SEO, GEO, and visibility optimization for search engines and AI-driven assistants

• Measure and optimize user journeys using data-driven experiments and analytics
• Implement tracking, instrumentation, and event data collection throughout the funnel
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Product Engineering teams

Drive growth initiatives from concept and experimentation through implementation and analysis

• Optimize frontend performance, rendering strategies, and user experience quality
• Ensure scalable and maintainable frontend architectures and growth systems
• Support experimentation and product-led growth initiatives at scale
• Contribute to continuous optimization of web and product conversion experiences

• What You Bring
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js and React
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, rendering strategies, and structured data
• Experience working with growth initiatives, acquisition funnels, and onboarding flows
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO and preferably GEO practices
• Experience working data-driven with funnel instrumentation and tracking implementation
• Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, and engineering teams
• Experience driving and measuring growth initiatives with clear business impact
• Strong frontend engineering and user experience optimization capabilities
• Experience with experimentation and analytics-driven product development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to implementation
